Thermal Imaging – With a thermal imaging camera, we’re able to learn so much more about your home. In fact, we can see inside the walls for leaks and a lack of insulation. We’ll also be able to see hot spots and rot within walls.
Aerial Drone Photography – This is by far the best method for “walking” your roof. Not only does it remove the physical risks, but it also makes it easy to fully assess the roof’s current condition.
Moisture Meter – We use a moisture meter to look for any areas where moisture accumulates. This is also a good tool to discover any related accumulations of mold.
